We work with an extensive network of associates and partners.


These include:

  • Heather Rolinson who is a management consultant with 20 years of experience advising on strategy and change management for a variety of government organisations. She is an experienced project manager who has delivered all aspects of organisational design and development, change planning and implementation to public sector clients in the UK and internationally.

  • MCS is a member of the Communication and Development Partnership. Our partners in the CDP are:
    • David Souter and Abi Jagun of ictDA
    • Lishan Adam of Knowledge Consulting Limited (KCL)

  • D.Net which is committed to affordable, open and equitable access to information and knowledge to empower poor communities in Bangladesh. Access to information and knowledge, governance and human rights, and building human capacities for development through ICTs are major themes of various projects. Infoladies (where women carry information on various forms to deliver maternal and child health to very remote areas) and developing models to use mobile to achieve Millennium Development Goals 4 and 5 (Child and Maternal health) are their flagship projects.
  • Mike Jensen who is a South African ICT consultant who has assisted in the establishment of information and communications systems in more than 40 developing countries over the last 20 years, mainly in Africa. He provides advice to international development agencies, the private sector, NGOs and governments in the formulation, management and evaluation of their Internet and telecommunication projects, ranging from national ICT policy development to international fibre and rural wireless telecommunication feasibility studies.
